HOW IT WORKS
No storefront, no fixed hours. Gatherings are announced to members on a rolling basis — a dinner, a wine tasting, a table for twelve in a room you won't find twice. Each invitation goes out directly, usually a few weeks ahead, with the address held until the date is confirmed.
From there, it's simple: members reply, we set the table, and the room is chosen to fit who's coming. There's no host stand and no waitlist — just a short list of people who already know where to be.
The Cuisine
Orezs doesn't publish a fixed menu. Each gathering is built around what's in season and what's being poured, prepared wherever that month's table happens to be. Real ingredients, real pours, and a raw bar when the room calls for it. The format is à la carte with the occasional family-style feast for larger tables.

Membership isn't a transaction — it's an introduction. Every application to Orezs is read individually, not processed. There's no fixed roster of venues and no public price list, because the value was never the room. It was always who else was seated in it.
A seat is earned, not bought, and it travels with you — from a rooftop in one city to a private kitchen in another. What stays constant is the standard: real ingredients, real pours, and a table small enough that everyone at it actually talks to each other.
